San Antonio, Texas - Founded in 2019 by Allison Craig, San Antonio in a Box has charged into the market despite the recent effects of Covid-19. This resilience can be attributed to a unique concept that celebrates makers of San Antonio by featuring them in one-of-a-kind boxes and a business model strategically based on internet and corporate sales. This quick growth and market excitement has led the company to upgrade it’s online experience and branding just ahead of the holidays. The site can be visited at www.sanantonioinabox.com.
“When we launched our website we didn’t expect that a pandemic would change our lives and shopping patterns as significantly as it has,” states Allison Craig, Founder and CEO, “fortunately, we are in a great position to sell San Antonio made products online. We believe the new website will help us grow exponentially.” August saw nearly 400 boxes sold, mostly to corporate accounts, however online users are increasingly visiting the site.
Features to the site include new product launches, improved photography, enhanced product descriptions, videography, easier navigation, reviews and corporate ordering.
“Our new website is going to be important as we continue to reach more and more people,” states Allison, “and that can only be a positive for our local makers and the City of San Antonio.” Several locally made products are featured in the box including Ricos, Tio Pelon’s, Casa Chocolates, Al’s Gourmet Nuts, Southside Craft Soda, Mission Shoppe candles and others.
